Frank is a serial entrepreneur, having profitably bootstrapped two businesses to over $20m in revenue. Allen has been working in investment banking and M&A for over a decade.
We met in 2014 when Allen was scouring the globe for great software businesses to represent in M&A and came upon Mathway, which Frank co-founded in 2006. Although we didn't work on a transaction together until 2020, we communicated regularly in the interim years.
Over the years working on M&A transactions for small software companies, Allen repeatedly had the opportunity to work with great, product-oriented founders in growing their businesses and positioning them for acquisition or investment.
Likewise, Frank has guided his companies from inception through significant growth to acquisition.
